Stanger Wolf is Aurelia Folch’s work, illustrator and graphic designer in Montreal. Influenced by pop culture, cinema, comics and tattoo, she develops a black urban medieval lore. She also finds inspiration in black metal, geek culture, video games and horror movies.

Her black and white work explores depths of various references likes European medieval illustration, Japanese manga and horror pop culture.

In 2013, she left Paris to settle in Montreal. It is during this period she imagines Stranger Wolf. At the same time, she continues her career in a web agency for 4 years as lead designer & front end. Thereafter, she starts full-time freelancing in 2018. She fully focuses on developing Stranger Wolf. It’s the beginning of a new adventure! She meets local artists and illustrators. And participates in projects of illustration, graphic design and web design.

Other projects

in 2018, she creates a Youtube channel where you can find speed drawing, making of and other cool stuff.
